Job Description
The Digital Assets Tax Manager will provide tax compliance and consulting services to clients in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. This role involves applying knowledge to understand tax issues and managing clients' tax obligations. It includes marketing, networking, business development, and providing written tax advice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics preferred)
- Master’s Degree in Accounting or Taxation (preferred)
- Five (5) or more years of relevant tax experience
- CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction) or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (or equivalent)
- Proficient in tax compliance software
