Job Description
The Digital Assets Tax Manager assists clients in navigating complex tax and reporting requirements related to blockchain technologies, cryptocurrency, and blockchain-related ventures. The role involves applying knowledge to potential tax issues, communicating risks and changes, advising clients on tax strategies, and managing client relationships. This position is within a growing accounting and advisory firm.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Master’s Degree in Accounting or Taxation (preferred)
- Five (5) or more years of relevant tax experience
- CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, Adobe Acrobat
