Job Description
The Tax Managing Director, Transaction Advisory Services is responsible for growing the practice, leading teams, and advising clients on tax strategies for acquisitions and dispositions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, mentoring staff, and managing client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, required; major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics, preferred
- Ten (10) or more years of experience in professional services, required
- Three (3) or more years of TAS relevant experience, required
- Prior supervisory experience, required
- CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (“EA”), or the equivalent of one of these designations, required
