Job Description
The Tax Managing Director, Transaction Advisory Services will lead teams responsible for traditional large firm M&A tax consulting, build and manage significant client relationships, and mentor staff. They will also identify new marketplace opportunities, develop new business, and work closely with colleagues from BDO offices around the world.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, required; major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics, preferred
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) with a focus on tax, preferred
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Tax, preferred
- Ten (10) or more years of experience in professional services, required
- Three (3) or more years of TAS relevant experience, required
- Prior supervisory experience, required
- CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (“EA”), or the equivalent of one of these designations, required
