Job Description
The Tax Managing Director, Transaction Advisory Services will lead teams responsible for traditional large firm M&A tax consulting and grow the practice in the west region. The role involves building and managing client relationships, mentoring staff, and serving as a member of multiple client engagement teams. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in professional services, 3+ years of TAS relevant experience, and prior supervisory experience.
Requirements
- Team with Principals and internal support functions to identify new marketplace opportunities
- Build and manage significant client relationships
- Mentor staff and contribute to team/resource building
- Serve as a member of multiple client engagement teams
- Manage risk and financial performance of engagements
- Develop and mentor subordinates
- Supervise staff on all projects and engagements
