This Senior Tax Manager position involves providing tax and consulting services to business clients, focusing on pass-through entities (S-corps, LLCs, Partnerships) and their owners. The role requires extensive knowledge of taxation related to estates, trusts, and wealth retention strategies, as well as taxation of business owners. Responsibilities include tax compliance, planning, review, and client interaction, including the provision of strategic advice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or statistics preferred.
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred
- Eight (8) or more years of relevant tax experience and/or public accounting, private industry accounting or consulting/professional services experience required.
- Prior supervisory experience required.
- CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction) or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (EA) is required.
