Tax Senior, Partnerships

As a Tax Senior, Partnerships, you will be responsible for utilizing basic research skills and applying your educational background to assist in advising clients on the tax implications of their business objectives and various partnership specific items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics, preferred
• Master’s in Accountancy or Taxation, preferred
• Two (2) or more years of prior relevant tax experience and/or public accounting, private industry accounting or consulting/professional services experience, required
• Specialized partnership experience, preferred
• Private equity experience, both fund and portfolio company levels, preferred
