As a Tax Senior, Partnerships, you will be responsible for utilizing basic research skills and applying your educational background to advise clients on tax implications of their business objectives and various partnership specific items.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics, preferred
- Master's in Accountancy or Taxation, preferred
- Two or more years of prior relevant tax experience and/or public accounting, private industry accounting or consulting/professional services experience, required
- Specialized partnership experience, preferred
- Private equity experience, both fund and portfolio company levels, preferred
- CPA certification, Attorney, or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (EA) (or the equivalent of one of these designations), preferred
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, preferred
- Experience with tax research databases and tax compliance process software, preferred
