Job Description
The Tax Senior, Transaction Advisory Services team focuses on ensuring timely execution of engagements, meeting client expectations, and supporting the national transaction advisory services tax strategy. This role involves due diligence, post-deal integration, tax attribution, and client advice, alongside a strong focus on risk management and employee development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- CPA License and/or J.D. preferred
- Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
