Job Description
The Tax Senior, Transaction Advisory Services team is vital for supporting the national Transaction Advisory Services Tax strategy. This role focuses on ensuring timely execution of engagements, meeting client expectations, and providing support for deals from mergers and acquisitions to restructuring, tax attribute management, and revenue reporting. The team collaborates with various client teams, both locally and globally, and is responsible for managing projects, staff, and mentors.
Requirements
- Two (2) or more years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- CPA License and/or J.D., LL.M. in Taxation (MST) from an accredited college/university preferred
- Excellent tax research skills
- Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills preferred
