Braber Equipment was founded in 1969 by Bill Braber in Abbotsford, British Columbia. Bill's focus on quality, service, and support became the pillars that drove the business forward. In 1991, Bill's son, Nick Braber, created BE Pressure Supply and quickly became Canada's largest manufacturer of pressure washers. Under Nick's leadership, BE Pressure grew to four global manufacturing facilities. In 2018 the company name was changed to BE Power Equipment to better reflect the diversity of products. Today, third-generation owner Curtis Braber continues to build on the values instilled by previous generations. 3–5 years supervisory experience, strong team leadership, and ERP inventory transactions
Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Material Handler
Previous shipping/receiving experience, computer literate, forklift/Raymond experience, and strong attention to detail
Logistics & Customs Coordinator
Post-secondary education, 2–5 years of experience in transportation/logistics coordination, and working knowledge of import/export processes
Material Handler - Braber Equipment
Previous experience, forklift certification, ability to lift heavy objects, highly detail-oriented and organized
Operations Manager - Braber Equipment
Degree in Operations, Engineering, or related field. Proven leadership experience in manufacturing. Strong understanding of lean principles and process improvement
HR Manager
Degree in Human Resources or Business, 3-5 years experience in Human Resources, excellent communication skills
Production Associate
Previous production experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and ability to learn quickly
Welder / Fabricator
2 years of welding experience, previous warehouse or production experience, and a strong mechanical aptitude
Cost & Profitability Analyst
5+ years of experience in costing, financial analysis in manufacturing environment, with recognized Canadian Accounting designation or near completion
Purchasing & Logistics Manager
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field, 5+ years of progressive experience in purchasing or procurement, proven leadership and coaching skills
