Operations Manager - Braber Equipment

We are seeking an experienced and professional Warehouse Operations Manager to join our growing team. As the leader of the Operations Team, the Operations Manager is accountable for the end-to-end execution, performance, and continuous improvement of operational activities including production, shipping, material handling, safety, quality control, and facility maintenance.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing / distribution operations.
• Strong understanding of lean principles, process improvement, and cost management.
• Experience implementing automation, systems, or operational technology.
• Demonstrated ability to build structure, enforce standards, and lead change.
• Data-driven with strong KPI and performance management capability.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and operational systems proficiency.
