BE Power Equipment is a leading manufacturer of pressure washers, air compressors, generators and water pumps serving industrial markets in over 30 countries. As a key member of the supply chain leadership team, the Purchasing & Logistics Manager oversees the daily operations of both purchasing and logistics to ensure goods and services are sourced, moved, and delivered effectively, on time, and in alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in purchasing or procurement, with at least 2 years in a management, supervisory or lead role
- Professional certification (e.g., APICS, CPIM, CPSM) considered an asset
- Proven leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team
- Strong understanding of purchasing practices, vendor negotiation, and ERP systems (Syspro preferred)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
