Job Description
The Maintenance Technician II performs various skilled maintenance functions, including minor repairs and upkeep of electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, painting, heating/air issues. The role requires living within 30 minutes of the property and having a valid driver's license.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of related experience
- General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and/or carpentry
- Skilled in at least 2 trades (electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and carpentry, etc.)
- Maintains a valid driver's license
- Technical proficiency with cell phones and tablets
- Ability to speak and understand basic English
