Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of maintenance experience
- Proficiency in one or more skilled trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, or painting
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
