Maintenance Technician II position at Niagara Square Apartments in Buffalo, NY. Responsible for performing skilled maintenance functions, including electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry work. Must live within 30 minutes of the property. Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of related experience
- General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and/or carpentry
- Valid driver's license
- Technical proficiency with cell phones and tablets
- Ability to speak and understand basic English
