Job Description
The Resident Service Coordinator develops and coordinates support services for residents at Mandela Homes in Boston, MA. The role involves building relationships with residents, local organizations, and partners to implement community engagement initiatives and provide resources and support to residents. The RSC will work closely with property management, building partnerships, and planning programs to achieve resident and community success.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish Required
- Experience working with older adults, youth and families, and issues relating to isolation, health and wellness, and other social determinants of health
- Ability to understand and respect values, attitudes, and beliefs that differ across cultures
- Proficiency with technology and an interest in learning how to integrate new technology-based tools and resources into programming
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and writing skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and other computer programs
