Beam AI is seeking a Senior AI Agent Engineer to deliver enterprise-grade AI automations tailored to real business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, programming skills, and a passion for AI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in roles like Solution Engineering, IT Consulting, Implementation or Deployment Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with prompt engineering, including writing, testing, and optimizing prompts in a structured way.
- Programming skills, especially in Python or Node.js.
- Solid understanding of APIs and how to use them to integrate external systems.
- Project management experience, able to manage delivery timelines and client expectations.
- Experience engaging directly with clients, especially around requirement gathering and solution delivery.
- Analytical and process-driven mindset, able to break down business workflows and think structurally.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
- Passion for staying up to date with AI trends, tools, and industry developments.
