Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience: ideally including a mix of startup, consulting, strategy, or operations work
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• High emotional intelligence and adaptability
• A bias toward execution and mission-driven mindset
