Job Description
Beamery is seeking a seasoned and execution-focused Interim VP of Engineering to lead its engineering organization through a critical period of growth and transition. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers and managers, and be responsible for delivering technical strategy, AI-first ways of working, and cloud infrastructure strategy.
Requirements
- 15+ years engineering experience
- 7+ years leading organizations of 50+ at scale
- Deep enterprise B2B SaaS experience
- Commercially fluent
- Strong people reader
- Ability to build autonomous teams
- Genuine AI-native
- No ego about interim
