Job Description
Lead Field Superintendent - Electrical (UGs) is responsible for supervising the electrical supervision team, managing construction activities, and overseeing cost and schedule management on a large-scale gas-fired power generation facility project.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Combined cycle facilities experience
- Aboveground and underground raceway installation processes
- Electrical equipment setting, cable pull management, termination program management, temp power installation
- Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications
- Industry codes and standards (IEE, NEC, NFPA 70E)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams
- Able to work extended work schedules and night shift
