Permitting Manager

Permitting Manager position responsible for developing and implementing permitting plans, interfacing with regulatory agencies, and ensuring environmental regulatory compliance for a large-scale construction project.

Requirements

• Develops and implements a permitting plan and strategy for the project.
• Identifies necessary assessments, permit application requirements, and review and approval durations.
• Establishes relationships with regulatory agencies and tracks permit status using Permitting Matrix and other tools.
• Leads environmental-related permitting and participates in centralized tracking of project permits.
• Interprets environmental regulatory requirements and integrates them into design and construction planning.
• Affirms the scope of work for a permitting subcontractor and reviews subcontractor deliverables.
