Job Description
We are seeking a Worker/Employee Health and Mental Health Professional to conduct psychodiagnostic assessments and promote resilience in construction processes at the Yanacocha Water Treatment Plant project in Peru. The role involves supervising and guiding the implementation of a mental health program, designing controls to reduce mental health symptomatology, and determining strategies to achieve key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Requires a degree in Psychology or Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in wellness programs in mental health or person-based safety in mining projects
- Knowledge and skills required: Experience in clinical and organizational care
- Must have knowledge in psychodiagnostic evaluations and organizational well-being
- Main competencies in conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Experience in implementing person-based safety programs in mining projects
- Experience in implementing wellness programs in mental health in mining projects
- Experience in implementing wellness programs for workers/employees and leadership attributes for management or supervision
