Job Description
Bechtel is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the construction and management of a utility-scale solar PV project in Texas. The position involves managing project construction activities, supervising construction craft personnel, and ensuring project operations are compliant, safe, timely, within scope and budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience
- Direct, hands-on experience managing construction on utility-scale solar PV projects
- Construction and project management expertise
- Managing, coordinating, and administering site construction and supporting activities
- Digital execution implementation
- Proven leadership and team management
- Strong safety culture
- Technical understanding of construction programs and solar systems
