Job Description
Manage direct reports and lead interdisciplinary teams to establish construction methods and support activities. Oversee the construction process, review plans and specifications for costs and constructability, manage corporate processes and procedures, and lead proposal preparation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or international equivalent)
- 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience
- Deep knowledge of temporary facilities, utilities, camps, transportation, logistics, waste, catering, security, communications, and site support systems
- Ability to plan and scale services with the job, align services to manpower ramps, shifts, and phase changes
- Leadership skills to manage subcontractors, service providers, and internal teams
- Ability to control cost, risk, and reliability, and anticipate issues and intervene before they impact the field
