Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A University Hire with less than 1 year of experience or 4-5 years of relevant work experience
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Experience in Database Entry and Filing
- Good proficiency in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of professional timekeeping principles, concepts, and terminology
- Working knowledge of electronic timekeeping systems, and payroll related principles, concepts and terminology as basic accounting and craft payroll work processes
- Ability to train others in use of software applications used for document management and timekeeping activities
- Attention to small details to ensure accuracy and completeness of documents/records and to ensure correct revisions are being used
- Timekeeping and document management knowledge and familiarity with Bechtel processes and procedures
- Prior experience working with supplier documents using InfoWorks or Aconex
- Ability to perform within fast-paced team environment in professional manner
- Previous experience with timekeeping computer systems (e.g. eTRACK)
- Prior experience working in an engineering, procurement, construction environment
- Prior experience with Bechtel’s software preferred
- Knowledge of Bechtel’s organization structure, functions, policies and procedures, industry and regulatory standards
