Timekeeper

Bechtel is hiring a Project Timekeeper to perform timekeeping and craft payroll activities for the Thacker Pass Project. The position requires ability to maintain confidentiality, customer-service orientation, flexibility, and commitment to meeting deadlines. Overtime on a weekly basis is required, with coverage of swing shift or night shift also possible.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree related (or international equivalent)
• 1-2 years of timekeeping/payroll experience or 4-5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree
• Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends/holidays
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
• Strong customer service background
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently to identify and resolve routine problems
