Boutique Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to assume the role of Luxury Boutique Manager for a renowned high end luxury retail brand in fine watches and jewellery business.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry and 5 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in watches and/or fine jewellery.
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the luxury retail market and an understanding of high-net-worth clientele.
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers.
