AB InBev is seeking a Mid-Level Support Analyst to own the end-to-end resolution of production incidents and service requests for live digital applications and products. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in a related field and solid experience in production application support or technical operations. Key responsibilities include triage and troubleshooting of application, data, and integration issues, monitoring incident and request queues, and mentoring junior analysts.
Requirements
- University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Systems Analysis and Development (or equivalent professional experience in application support)
- Solid experience in production application support or technical operations for software/digital products at scale
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, systems thinking, and learning agility
- Knowledge of SQL and relational and non-relational (NoSQL) databases
- Familiarity with mobile app testing on Android and iOS and APIs
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts, microservices, and observability
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Programming logic and ability to run or adapt Python scripts
- Familiarity with Databricks for data analysis and AI assistants for research and analysis
