Requirements

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks end-to-end
• Proven operational mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a multi-interface, fast-paced environment
• High level of technological understanding, including familiarity with operational systems and the ability to work with AI-based tools
• High-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine people-oriented approach and service mindset
• Familiarity with Human Resources processes and practices, including employee lifecycle support, is an advantage
