Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Office Manager/Executive Assistant to support the Head of Engineering and oversee office operations of an innovative software/AI company in Bellevue, WA.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and sensitive communications
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and expense reporting tools
- Experience in event planning, project coordination, or facilities management is a plus
