Executive Assistant

Logic20/20 is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a hybrid consulting environment. This role requires sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 3- 5 years experience supporting senior leaders in an executive assistant, administrative, or operations role
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized and responsive in a hybrid environment
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail paired with the ability to think ahead and connect the dots
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); comfort adopting new tools and collaboration platforms
