R&D Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Beewise, a company that develops cutting-edge solutions to protect pollinators and preserve biodiversity. The successful candidate will design and develop mechanical systems and components, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide ongoing support to production.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience with mechanical engineering
• Proven Experience with CAD software (preferably SolidWorks)
• Hands-on experience in mechanical design from concept through detailed design
• Familiarity with a variety of manufacturing technologies, including precision milling, metal casting, 3D printing, and sheet metal fabrication
• Experience in design transfer to high-volume manufacturing (HVM)
• Ability to compose technical reports and perform static analysis and mechanical calculations
• Teamwork, creativity, problem-solving skills, and analytic thinking
• Strong organizational skills
