Job Description
We are looking for a Collections Officer to manage end-to-end collections for assigned Non-Grocery customer accounts, maintain accounts receivable ageing within agreed targets, and apply sound credit judgment to manage complex and high-value customer portfolios.
Requirements
- Experience in Credit & Collections in a high-volume environment
- Strong reconciliation skills and close attention to detail
- Confident using ERP systems (SAP highly regarded)
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing workloads
- Professional and confident communicator who builds strong, collaborative stakeholder relationships
