Join Bega Group as a Quality and Environmental Manager and lead the site quality team. You will develop and maintain environmental and quality management systems, drive continuous improvement, and foster a strong quality culture.
Requirements
- Strong technical experience in quality, food safety, and environmental systems or compliance within the Food & Beverage or Pharmaceutical manufacturing industries
- Expert knowledge of HACCP and GMP
- Experience with BRC, FSSC, or similar quality management systems preferred
- Strong team ethic, ability to build collaborative and supportive relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
