Job Description
We are a 95 bed long term care facility seeking a Human Resources professional to join our team. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic goals, managing employee performance, benefits, and payroll, as well as overseeing front desk operations.
Requirements
- Minimum two year degree
- 3 – 5 years of experience in human resources, benefits and payroll
- Knowledge of HRIS systems
