Requirements

• Experience contributing to at least one successful live game
• Strong ability to balance complex game economic systems and familiar with Agile production
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel simulations and predictive calculations (analytical competencies and data modeling)
• Continuous analysis of current strategies and ability to propose new ways to optimize/maximize game revenue
• Experience in supporting soft launches and live operations, with an understanding of monetization, retention, and virality drivers
