Associate Director, Benefits

BeOne is seeking an experienced benefits leader to join their HR Total Rewards team as Associate Director, Benefits. This role will shape, manage, and evolve comprehensive benefits programs for U.S. offerings and global initiatives across the Americas, Europe, and MEA regions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in benefits, including strategic and operational leadership
• Deep expertise in U.S. (multi-state) benefits programs; exposure to global benefit strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of benefits compliance and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated success managing vendors and complex benefit programs
