Job Description
The Business Operations Director is a leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence in the planning and execution of critical tasks to optimize the performance of BeOne’s in-market portfolio. The role leads the coordination and execution of projects, monitors performance, timelines and budget and resource management, and oversees operational planning processes and business analytics.
Requirements
- 7+ years of qualified work experience in project management and related operations management areas
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence in pharma companies
- Highly self-motivated, solution-oriented with an ability to work both with light-touch supervision and as part of a team environment
