Job Description
Bigblue is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and enhance the performance of its Évreux site, managing operational performance, team management, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in logistics/e-commerce operations
- Proven experience managing operational teams
- Solid understanding of high-volume logistics production challenges
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and a data-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to motivate and guide a team
- Fluency in French and English
- Certifications in logistics or supply chain management
- Driver’s license required
