
Job description
The West Region Corporate Account Director will be responsible for developing, communicating, and implementing Strategic Business Plans for regional accounts and expanding corporate relationships with key oncology stakeholders. This role will focus on solid tumor franchise and collaborate with National Account Directors, fellow Corporate Account Directors, Market Access Marketing, and other cross-functional colleagues to remove barriers to product access and contract pull-through.
Develop and implement regional market access contract pull-through strategies for assigned accounts, facilitate introductions to BeOne's field Medical Value and Outcomes (MVO) team, establish corporate relationships with key business to business account stakeholders, and support patient access and field reimbursement for solid tumor products.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of related pharmaceutical experience, with at least 5 years of direct experience in corporate account management, preferred oncology. The candidate should have experience executing IDN, Health System, Community GPO, and Dedicated Cancer Centers account management, and demonstrated ability to think strategically, contract experience, and manage accounts effectively.
