Risk Management & Internal Control Analyst

Bekaert is seeking a Risk Management & Internal Control Analyst to support the effective operation and continuous improvement of the Group's risk management and internal control environment. The successful candidate will work closely with corporate and business stakeholders across functions to ensure consistent risk identification, control execution, and reliable reporting, contributing to informed decision-making and strong governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in enterprise risk management, internal control, audit, or finance processes
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
• Strong affinity with Artificial Intelligence, data analysis and reporting, with hands-on experience using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights
• Clear and confident oral and written communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across levels and cultures
• Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
