Enterprise Risk Management Analyst

We are looking for an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst to support the implementation and operation of the Corporate Risk Management System across the Group, and help embed a consistent and practical risk management approach. The role requires analytical and financial skills, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• University degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
• Previous experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Control, Audit, Finance, Business Analysis or another related area
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand complex business issues
• Good understanding of risk management concepts and methodologies
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and accounting
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Good working knowledge of Power BI for dashboarding and management reporting
• Curiosity and willingness to understand the business model and value chain of an integrated oil and gas company
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Advanced English
• Russian may be considered an advantage
