The Director of Integrated Marketing is responsible for leading BELAY’s centralized marketing functions, ensuring the company’s brand, content, digital experience, marketing operations, and execution systems work together to drive scalable growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in high-growth, performance-driven, or private equity-backed environments
- Experience leading cross-functional marketing teams spanning brand, content, digital, and operations
- Strong operational mindset with demonstrated ability to build scalable marketing systems and processes
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing ecosystems, content strategy, SEO, marketing automation, and web experience management
- Experience leveraging marketing technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve operational effectiveness and scalability
- Strong communicator capable of balancing strategic thinking with execution and cross-functional collaboration
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and drive organizational alignment
- Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments with high accountability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
