Requirements

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team of approximately 8 engineers and technical resources
• Manage capital projects from concept through implementation
• Approve engineering documentation and deliver projects that support safety, quality, and production objectives
• Develop accurate project estimates and consistently meet target schedules and budgets
• Partner with Quality on new product introductions, process changes, and engineering change execution
