Engineering Manager

Warn Automotive is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team in product design, implementation, and sustaining activities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership, product engineering, and collaborative teamwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Master's degree in engineering or business is strongly preferred
• Eight or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Five or more years of experience in providing direct or project leadership for engineers and/or other technically skilled individuals
• Three or more years' experience in automotive vehicle or parts manufacturing industry is strongly preferred
