Manager, Maintenance

Belden is seeking a Manufacturing Facility Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within their Cobourg manufacturing facility, responsible for ensuring optimal equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and leading a high-performing maintenance team.

Requirements

• Operational Leadership: oversee maintenance and repair of production machinery, electrical systems, mechanical systems, HVAC, and facility infrastructure
• Maintenance Strategy & Execution: develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
• Team Management: hire, train, mentor, and supervise maintenance tradesmen and support the Maintenance Supervisor/Planner
• Budget & Resource Management: help prepare and manage the maintenance department budget, control costs, and manage spare parts inventory
• Safety & Compliance: ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, maintain adherence to environmental standards and building codes, and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
