Sr. Director, Fiber Connectivity - Data Acquisition and Transmission

Belden is seeking a Sr. Director, Fiber Connectivity - Data Acquisition and Transmission to lead the company's entire Fiber portfolio, driving superior revenue and margin growth. The role will involve owning the P&L, defining product strategies, and managing a global product roadmap. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in P&L ownership, product lifecycle management, and global product portfolio management.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in P&L ownership for a product category with high volume and revenue potential
• Demonstrated ability in managing long-term and short-term product lifecycle management and product strategy
• Extensive experience in managing a global product portfolio with high volume and revenue
• Ability to efficiently translate market data into insights that accurately inform global pricing and costing ranges
• A value-focused and innovative mindset, proactively identifying opportunities to develop new products or upgrade existing products
