Dispensary Supervisor

The Dispensary Supervisor acts as a back-up for the General Manager within the dispensary, handling responsibilities such as employee management, customer service, and compliance with state and local law.

Requirements

• Back up all employees when there is a vacancy, sick leave, or vacation
• Fill in for the GM when they are not on site
• Provide excellent service for all customers
• Process individual transactions with accuracy
• Communicate with sensitivity and respect for customers, staff, and visitors
• Perform opening and closing procedures as directed
• Maintain compliant and accurate inventory counts
• Be an ambassador for the company while at work
