Job Description
A German-Speaking Claims Handler is required to join a global medical assistance and travel insurance organisation in Cape Town, South Africa. The role involves managing medical and travel insurance claims, delivering exceptional service, and working in a multicultural environment.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in German (B2 level or higher)
- Demonstrated work experience using German in a professional environment (written and/or verbal)
- Matric certificate or higher qualification
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work proactively and perform well under pressure
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and computer systems
- German language proficiency certificate (B2 level or higher)
- South African work visa already secured (preferred)
